Mike Rosser is a highly motivated and experienced Business Leader, Interim Manager and Mentor with extensive leadership skills, gained from running International, National and SME companies, with full profit and loss responsibility.
He spent over 30 years in the Corporate world of Advertising and Marketing working for major London, New York and Chicago agencies holding Media, Marketing, New Business and Senior Management positions.
For the last ten years of his Advertising career, he was CEO of J.W.T UK Advertising Agency, which was initially part of the American worldwide company, quoted on Wall Street and laterally part of the British Group W.P.P, which is quoted on the Stock Exchange. When he retired the company turnover was circa £400m with a net pre-tax profit of circa £65million.
Following this Mike became a Business Advisor supporting very large and SME companies in areas of Non-Executive Director, Mentoring, Business Planning and Implementation, Turnaround, Marketing and Sales. He has also worked as a Consultant for a number of UK Banks and Business Links, supporting their clients, where and when appropriate across the country.
