Want To Grow Your Business In The Next 3 Months?
I want to share with you the 10 best strategies we use to help business owners like you to increase their profits and business growth quickly.
1. Know Your Avatar
Most business owners like you know their market. They also have a good idea of who their customers are.
But who is your ideal customer?
You need to define a clear customer avatar. This is simply a profile of your ideal customer: What they do for a living. How they like to spend their time. What products/software they use to run their business. etc.
Once you know who your Customer Avatar is, you can focus all your marketing efforts on them. With an avatar in place, you’ll attract only the right kind of customer for your business.
2. Know Your Numbers
If you’re not keeping track of the numbers in your business, start now.
And I’m not just talking about your financial numbers.
Knowing your numbers allows you to see a clear picture of what’s working in your business… And what isn’t. The numbers don’t lie.
Work out which measurements you can use to tell if your business is working.
Some business coaches will tell you that there are hundreds of areas that you should be measuring.
There aren’t. There are only these 7:
- Your Website Traffic (Use Google Analytics for this)
- Conversion rates for each of your offers
- Your Lifetime Customer Value
- Number of Items Per Sale
- Average Sale Price
- Transactions Per Customer
- Profit Margin
3. Always Be Growing Your List
If I had to give you one tip that would grow your business, this is it:
No matter what your business does, you need to be growing your mailing list.
This is easier than ever thanks to the internet, yet so many of the people who come to me for advice don’t think it’s a priority.
If you have a mailing list, you control the attention of your ideal prospects. As a result, you can build relationships and sell to them over and over again.
If you don’t have a list, you’re spending every day just hoping for the best.
4. Create Marketing That Really Works
If you know your ideal customer, this step becomes a LOT easier.
Your marketing should build your brand, build relationships with your customers and starts the sales process.
But most business owners out there are only doing average marketing.
Average marketing sells a product. Good marketing sells a benefit. Great marketing sells the customer’s desired outcome.

5. Ask Your Customers What They Want
… And then watch what they do.
If you’re in touch with your customers on a regular basis (and you should be) this is easy to do.
Ask them what they really want.
Bear in mind that this won’t always be the thing they ‘need’. Instead, get them to tell you what they desire as the ideal outcome.
Then give it to them.
One word of warning: I said earlier that you need to ‘watch what they do’. As I’m sure you know, this can be very different from what people say.
By tracking the data and buying patterns of your customers, you can see if they really do want what they say they want.
6. Systemise Your Business
If you don’t have systems in place at every level of your business, you’re doomed to stay where you are now.
Without a system for doing all the tasks in your business, you and your team can’t get consistent results.
And if you can’t get consistent results for yourself, how on earth do you expect to get them for customers?
Create a system for all your processes.
Learn from the world’s great franchises. They document everything so that they can sell a system that gets great results, every time.
If you did the same, you’d get more consistent results and your business would be valued at a higher price than it currently is.
7. Create Regular Cash Flow
Cashflow is king for any business.
All problems become easier to solve when you have regular cashflow. So, how can you create more cashflow in your business?
One simple way is to make sure that you have a regular flow of leads into your business.
Once you’ve established a flow of new prospects, sell them what they want! You may need to work out several offers for them, ranging in price or complexity depending on their needs.
But make sure you sell them the solutions they need regularly. Once you solve one issue for them, find out what else they need help with.
8. Refine Your Sales Process
In order for you to increase the cashflow in your business, you need to ensure that your sales process works.
It must convert as many people as possible into clients, and then continue to sell to them for as long as you’re meeting their needs.
If you’re already confident in your sales process, then you need to constantly improve it. Your customers will change over time, so your sales process must too.
9. Test and Optimise Everything!
There’s never been a better or easier time for you to start testing everything you do.
In fact, we’re testing this page that you’re reading right now to see which combination of words convert the best.
You can run split tests (both on and offline) to work out which images, headlines and offers most appeal to your audience.
This will enable you to spend your precious marketing money, confident in the knowledge that you’re getting the best value for that spend.
Our marketing team recently helped one client get a 480% increase in people joining his mailing list. All they did was change the headline on a page of his website.
“I know I should be implementing a lot of these tips, but where do I start?!”
